once payment is made allow 7-14 days for your order to be freshly made for your collection or delivery.

playdoughology uses Australia Post.  once items are shipped they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. 

if a product arrives damaged or misplaced it's the purchasers responsibility to liaise with Australia Post. 

no refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit.
